You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped yet.
How to cancel
- Email contact@lumshade.shop as soon as possible.
- Use the subject line "Cancel Order" and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We'll confirm the cancellation by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under our 30-day Refund Policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
